Controlling whether or not mail messages stay on the mail server:
– In MS Outlook 2000:
Go to the Tools menu, click Accounts, highlight the account in question, click Properties, click the Advanced tab, put a check in the box marked 'Leave a copy of messages on server' (or not, as required).
– In MS Outlook 2002 XP:
Go to the Tools menu, click Email Accounts, select View/Change account, highlight the account in question, click Change, click More Settings, click the Advanced tab, put a check in the box marked 'Leave a copy of messages on server' (or not, as required).
